History
The History tab provides a detailed log of each time a distribution job is executed. This allows you to monitor execution status, troubleshoot issues, and view additional details—such as last run date and execution messages.
This tab is especially useful for administrators who want to track job performance and reliability over time.
History properties
The execution history for jobs is displayed in a list. Each property gives an overview of individual runs:
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Message | Summarizes whether the job execution was successful or failed. If the job fails, displays a brief description of the error. |
| Last Job Run Date | Shows the date and time when the job was executed. You can sort this column in ascending or descending order to view either the most recent or earliest job run. |
| Result | Indicates the job’s execution status (succeeded or failed). The exclamation icon next to the result gives access to detailed error information from the run, helpful for troubleshooting or support. |
