The Procurement Dashboard provides an in-depth analysis of purchasing activities, supplier performance, and order quality. It enables procurement teams to monitor spending trends, track order fulfillment, and assess return rates to optimize supplier relationships and cost efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​

  • Total Global Net Price: The total monetary value of all purchases made during the selected period, representing procurement expenditure.
  • Quantity Invoiced: The total number of items invoiced, helping track the volume of goods procured.
  • Quality (Ordered vs. Returned): Measures the percentage of received orders that meet quality standards. A 100% score indicates no returned or defective products.
  • Top 10 Products by Order Amount: Highlights the most frequently purchased products by order value, aiding in demand forecasting and supplier negotiations.
  • Monthly Purchase Amount and Quantity: Tracks the total procurement expenditure and item quantities over time, helping identify seasonal purchasing trends.
  • Top 10 Suppliers by Ordered Amount: Displays the highest-value suppliers based on order amounts, providing insights into supplier dependency and procurement distribution.
  • Returned Quantity and Amount by Reason: Categorizes returned items based on defects, non-compliance, or other issues, helping improve supplier quality control.
  • Returned Quantity and Amount by Product Code: Analyzes returns at the product level, allowing for corrective actions on frequently returned items.
  • Returned Quantity and Amount by Supplier: Identifies suppliers with high return rates, supporting supplier performance evaluations and contract renegotiations.
