Warehouse Management

The Warehouse Management Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of warehouse storage, occupancy rates, and stock levels to optimize space utilization and inventory management.

Key Metrics:​

  • Total Stock: Displays the current stock levels across different storage areas.
  • Input Date: Tracks the total incoming stock over a selected period.
  • Overall Occupancy Rate: Indicates the percentage of total warehouse space occupied.
  • Stores by Occupancy Rate: Identifies which storage locations have the highest space utilization.
  • Stock by Filling Control: Monitors how stock is distributed among various storage methods.
  • In Stock vs. Maximum Quantity: Compares current stock levels against the warehouse’s maximum capacity.

Visual Components:​

  • Bar Chart (Occupancy Rate per Site): Compares location occupancy rates across different storage sites.
  • Gauge Chart (Overall Occupancy Rate): Shows the percentage of warehouse space currently occupied.
  • Pie Chart (Stock by Filling Control): Illustrates stock distribution across different storage containers.
  • Table (Stock and Occupancy Details by Group): Displays stock levels, input quantities, and location occupancy rates for different warehouse groups.
