The Job Cards Dashboard provides an overview of job-related billing, costs, and performance metrics, helping organizations track and manage job-related financials effectively.

Key Metrics:​

  • Billed Item Amount: The total amount billed for job-related items.
  • Billed Labor Amount: Total billing for labor associated with job cards.
  • Billed Contractors Amount: Amount billed for contractor services.
  • Billed Service Amount: Total service-related billing.
  • Total Billed Amount: The sum of all billing categories.
  • Total Billed Cost: The overall cost incurred in job execution.

Visual Components:​

  • Bar Chart for Top Job Types by Billed Amount: Displays job types ranked by total billed amounts and costs.
  • Bar Chart for Top Job Types by Number of Job Cards: Shows job categories based on job card volume.
  • Bar Chart for Build Amounts by Type: Highlights labor, item, contractor, and service billing distributions.
  • Bar Chart for Top Items by Number of Job Cards: Identifies frequently billed items.
  • Pie Chart for Top Sites by Number of Job Cards: Displays job card distribution across locations.
  • Donut Chart for Job Card Status: Categorizes job cards into Active, Complete, and Pending.
