Key Metrics:

  • Billed to Date Amount: Total amount billed under SLA agreements.
  • Covered to Date Amount: Amount of services covered under active agreements.
  • Costed to Date Amount: Total costs incurred under SLA agreements.
  • Top 10 Agreements: A list of the highest billed SLA agreements.
  • Top 5 Sites: Sites contributing most to SLA agreements.

Visual Components:

  • Bar Chart for Top 10 Agreements: Displays SLA agreements ranked by billed amounts.
  • Pie Chart for Agreements by Status: Identifies active and other status agreements.
  • Pie Chart for Agreements by Type: Categorizes SLAs into meter, site, and warranty agreements.
  • Billed Amount to Date by Plan: Breakdown of billing across different SLA plans.
